Pre-registration: If you pre-register by June 1st you will recieve a free rally pin or patch. You can still pre-register online by printing out our pre-registration form and mailing it in and save you the time of waiting in line.

Pricing:Pricing- Admission is $20 for the entire weekend. This gets you into all of our entertainment. If you pre-register before June 1st, you will also get a FREE rally pin or patch and a raffle ticket for our harley give-away.

We are offering special pricing for active military members. Please bring a valid military ID and you will $5 off admission.
This is an all inclusive rally. You pay at the gate and all entertainment is included. The only exceptions are the Dunk Tank and the Dyno. Those prices are set by the vendors themselves and we have no control of that. The poker run also has an extra fee to allow cash prizes for winners.

Harley-Davidson Give-a-Way: Saturday night at the T-95 stage we will be giving away a brand new 2008 Harley Davidson.. Tickets will be available at Carl's Bar in Hutchinson on Thursdays for Bike Night, at the locations we mentioned on the home page in red that we will be appearing at, and will be sold during the rally. Don't miss this opportunity to be the proud owner of a new Harley-Davidson!

Camping: Tent camping is included in the price of your ticket. There is a nice shaded area around Lake Talbot to set up camp at. There should be plenty of room for everyone. There are shower facilities nearby on the fairgrounds. Due to Kansas State Fair Ground rules, NO campfires are allowed in a pit, trash can, or otherwise.

RV_Park: RV Park I & II have all services available, electricity, water, sewer. The park is paved and is very nice. You will have central access to the rally and also the State Fair Road, which will make your set-up and leaving easy. If you have purchased an RV Package you can pick all your materials (Including wrist bands) up at the RV Park Office. This will help keep congestion down tremendously. Also a restroom facility is nearby.You will need to call us to let us know if you need an RV space so we can reserve it for you. You can reach us at 620-474-2546

RV Park III & IV are electrical hook-ups only. These spots are for mostly vendors and overflow from RV Park I & II. With shared water for some. This means you may have to bring a "Y" and share a spigot with your neighbor. The pricing is the same because the KSF charges us the same price per spot. A restroom facility is close by as well.You will need to call us to let us know if you need an RV space so we can reserve it for you. You can reach us at 620-474-2546

The T-95 Stage: will be the center of all the entertainment for the Rally. Live music will be playing all day. With headliner bands in the evening. All contests (with the exception of the bike show) will be on the T-95 Stage. Contest and prize amounts are listed in the contest section. The Purrfect Angelz Dance Team will perform on the stage at scheduled times.

Sunflower North & South Buildings: These large air conditioned buildings will be a nice cool resort from the July sun. They will house one of our Celebrity Bike Builders surrounded by vendors. Vendors will include anything and everything related to the biker lifestyle. Food concessions and restrooms are also located inside both buildings.

Meadowlark Building: This large air conditioned building has restrooms and food concessions. This will be where you either register when you first arrive at the rally or you pick up your rally pin or patch, and wrist bands if you have pre-registered. The Bike show will be held in the Meadowlark Building this year.

Contests: The Beer Belly and Miss Crossroads of America contests are judged by crowd participation. Please call Shane or Michelle if interested in participating in these contest. Or you can sign up the day of the event. You can reach them at 620-474-2546 or 620-474-2722.

Bike Games will be held on Saturday July 14th. There will be 4 games hosted by the CMA - Jesus Team:

1.  Slow Races  -- Last one to get to the end, wins.  Eliminate until winner is determined.

2.  Toilet Paper Toss  --  A toilet seat hung from a frame, and passenger needs to toss a roll of toilet paper through the toilet seat as they pass by. 

3.  Tennis Ball Stack --  cones set up in a row and passenger takes tennis balls off the cones on first pass and places them back on as they return. Must turn around at end without putting feet down.

4.  Piston Drop  --  Details will be provided at rally.

Poker run -The winners are decided by the best 5 card hand. Routes for the Poker run are listed on our "Poker Run" page. You can sign-up at pre-registration desk on July 11th or at Gate 3 on Saturday July 12th.

First place winners will also receive free admission into next year's rally to see if they can keep their title!

Dunk Tank The Dunk Tank will be presented by the "Underground Choppers" Girls. For $2 you get 3 tries to dunk our lovely ladies in the cool water. All proceeds will benefit the charity.
